How to Redeem Your Loyalty Points
If you’re having trouble applying your rewards points, follow these steps:
Log in to your account on our website.
Navigate to the Rewards page.
At the top, you’ll see your available points balance.
Scroll down to view the rewards available for your points.
Select the reward you want to redeem.
You’ll receive a discount code – copy this code.
Add your chosen items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, paste the discount code to apply your reward.
Important Notes
Discount codes cannot be used on sale items.
Loyalty points can only be redeemed through your online account.

Discount Codes
You may receive a discount code as part of a promotion or sale.
In some cases, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout (for example, during sitewide promotions). If this doesn’t happen, you can manually enter your discount code in the discount code box at checkout.

Why haven’t I received my 5% welcome discount code?
There are a few reasons why the welcome discount may not have been received or applied:
You may already be an existing customer
The welcome discount is only available to new subscribers. If you placed an order before signing up to the newsletter, or have previously ordered using the same email address, the code will not apply.The email may have already been sent
