Subscriptions renew automatically based on your chosen delivery interval, ensuring your products are delivered to you without any extra effort.

For example, if you subscribe monthly, your credit card will be charged automatically each month, and your products will arrive at your doorstep—no need to place a new order each time!

Can I Pause or Cancel My Subscription?

Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal. The only exception is if your subscription requires a minimum number of payments before cancellation is allowed.

You can access the customer portal via the magic link sent to your email when you first subscribed. Alternatively, you can manage your subscriptions by creating an account in the shop.

How Can I Skip or Reschedule a Charge?

In the customer portal, each upcoming delivery will have a "Skip Payment" button next to it. Simply click this button to skip a charge.

To reschedule, click the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date and select a new date that works for you.

Can I Add Products to My Subscription?

Absolutely! You can modify your subscription in the customer portal. Click the "Edit" button in the product section to add, remove, or adjust items as needed.

What Happens If My Payment Fails?

If a payment can't be processed, you'll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment details. Once updated, your subscription will continue as usual.
