Refunds
Our Refund policy doesn't effect your statutory rights. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
How Refunds Are Issued
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued through paypal, depending on the payment type you select. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days.
Will I Be Refunded Any Return Postage Costs?
AllPetSolutions will offer to collect your item in all of the following cases.
We do not offer refunds on return postage costs.
- You received an incorrect item.
- You received a damaged item.
- You received a defective item.
- You received an item that does not match its description.
In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item sold and/or Fulfilled by AllPetSolutions that is either incorrect, damaged, defective, or doesn't match its description, we'll offer you the option to collect the product via a prepaid carrier option, please Contact Us and we shall arrange this for you.
Partial Refunds or Reduced Refunds
As set out in our Returns Policy, a returned item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it from AllPetSolutions.
Note: Once a returned item has been processed by our Returns Department, we can't send it back to you.
