Tracking Your Order
You will receive tracking details either:
Via an email from the courier used to ship your order, or
Through your online account under My Orders

How to Find Your Tracking Information
Log in to your account.
Go to My Orders.
Select the order you'd like to track.
Once the order is open, click Order Shipments.
You will see your tracking number and the courier used next to "Track This Shipment."
Click and Drop Orders (Royal Mail)
If you selected Click and Drop as your delivery option, this service is fulfilled by Royal Mail. To track your parcel:
Visit the Royal Mail Tracking page.
Enter your consignment number (found in your email or in your account as described above).
