Tracking Your Order Based on Purchase Location:

• AllPetSolutions: Track your order using our AllPetSolutions Tracking Page.

Finding Tracking Information in Your Account:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on "My Orders" to view your recent orders.
3. Select the order to find your tracking details.

Courier Information:

We primarily use Amazon Shipping and Royal Mail for most deliveries.

• If you chose Click and Drop, this service is fulfilled by Royal Mail. You can track your parcel by entering your consignment number on the Royal Mail Tracking Page.
