Important Information

  • Pallet Delivery: Delivered to the curbside (at least 2 people are needed to off-load depending on item size).
  • The couriers will not assist with moving the aquarium/terrarium/chiller onto the premises due to insurance reasons.
  • Next day express orders must be placed before 1 pm for same-day dispatch.
  • Delivery times: Between 08:00-19:00, Monday to Friday. Delivery outside these hours may incur an additional fee, depending on local depot availability.
  • If your aquarium arrives damaged, take pictures before the courier leaves and send them via our support center.
  • You have the right to reject a damaged package. Once informed, we will issue a replacement.
  • Ensure you inspect the aquarium carefully before signing for it. Silicone may sometimes look like cracks. If no cracks are found after returning the aquarium, you will be responsible for the return cost.
  • Do not sign for delivery of a small or large aquarium without thoroughly checking the glass first.

  • Delivery prices include VAT.
  • Failure to arrange a delivery date may result in the aquarium being returned to us, and you may incur costs for delivery and return. We will attempt to keep you informed at every stage of this process.
