Important Delivery Information
- Standard Product Deliveries will take place between 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday. All orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure dispatch that same day.
- Saturday and Sunday Deliveries – Orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday to guarantee delivery on the chosen day.
- Express 24-hour service applies to business days only. Orders placed on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, unless an upgraded surcharge is paid and the order is placed before 1pm.
- The courier will only deliver to the front door or main entrance of a building (for flats).
- All delivery prices include VAT.
Address Changes
- Due to PayPal regulations, we are unable to change the address for any orders paid via PayPal.
- We are also unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
