We process payment from your card as soon as we receive your order. All goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if you have already paid.

PayPal Orders

If you have paid via PayPal and need to change your delivery address, we are unable to make this change for you. We advise you to cancel your order (contact our customer services team) and place a new order with the correct address.

Our Sales line is open from 10:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday. Please call 01895 813 000, and we can take payment by all major credit cards over the phone using the same secure payment system as you would use online.
