If you have received a damaged or faulty item, you can return it for an exchange or refund through our returns portal. Simply start your return request on the item.
If the item becomes faulty within the warranty period, please raise a support ticket with our customer service team via this link, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
How to Raise a Ticket:
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please provide your order ID and include a clear image or video of the issue you're experiencing. This will allow our team to assess the situation and guide you on the next steps.
Please note, we will not issue a refund for products that are found to be non-faulty upon testing at our warehouse. If the product is deemed non-faulty, it will be returned to you, and you may incur charges for the collection and return.
Refunds are only available for returns made within the 30-day return period. If the item is still within warranty, we will assist you with any replacement parts needed, but we will not be able to issue a refund.
Important:
If you return an item—whether faulty or unwanted—and do not make a claim within 30 days of our receipt of the item, it will be destroyed without replacement or refund.
