As an online retailer, we do not have a physical store where you can view products, livestock or make a purchase.

Our fish room is a quarantined facility for the health of our fish so we're unable to permit customers to view our range of tropical and cold water fish before purchasing. 

However, we do offer the option to collect if you pre-order online.

To collect your item, it is best to leave at least 1 hour after purchasing to ensure your item is ready upon arrival. Our collection times are Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm only.
