What Will All Pond Solutions Do?

All Pond Solutions guarantees that products under warranty are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage, within the specified warranty period from the date of purchase. If covered, we will either:

• Repair the product at no charge using new, used, or reconditioned parts.
• Exchange the product for a replacement that is new or refurbished, and functionally equivalent to the original.
• Refund the purchase price of the product, or with deductions for wear and tear, as applicable.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, negligence, alterations, or accidental damage. We are not liable for loss or damage to livestock or personal property. Misuse is not covered. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

If a valid warranty claim is made within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product or issue a refund.

Exclusions from Warranty:

The following items are not covered under warranty:

• O-Ring seals (which need regular lubrication under maintenance)
• Ceramic shafts
• Impellers
• UV bulbs and quartz sleeves
• Lighting bulbs (excluding LED)
• Cosmetic damage (except on arrival)
• Aesthetic wear and tear (e.g., cabinet veneers)
• Damages from misuse, accidents, or external causes (improper usage or operation (e.g. operating the Product outside their permitted or intended uses as defined by the manufacturer and supplier including but not limited to as set forth by the supplier in the Products' User Manual, Quick Start Guide, Online Tutorials, and other documentation)
• Modified products (without written permission)
• Used filtration media
• Aquariums or glass products that have been tampered with (warranty voided)

Repairs or Replacements:

Any repairs or replacements made under this warranty will be covered for the balance of the original warranty period.

Who Is Covered?

This warranty extends to the first consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

Aquarium Warranty:

Your aquarium, including any supplied lighting, is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee is valid only with proof of purchase and covers defective parts and workmanship. It does not cover consequential damage, misuse, chips, stress cracks from improper support, or other breakage.

The aquarium must be installed in a suitable location, following the installation instructions. Damage due to improper installation, negligence, misuse, or tampering is not covered.
