My item has been damaged during transit - what should I do?

We're sorry if your item has arrived damaged.

Let us help you by raising a ticket with our friendly customer service team. Please provide us with an image or video of the damage, so we can issue a no fuss replacement as soon as possible. In some cases we can simply replace the broken part.

Please do not return the item, we can issue a pre-paid return label where necessary.

Remember to attach your images, as this is required for us to replace the part for you. Please always report any broken on arrivals as soon as you can. 

If your pallet delivery aquarium has arrived broken, please ensure to reject the package as per the delivery guidelines.
